Practice Manager

Prosper Gratian

Software Engineer

Arriving at MARGO in 2021 with a strong demand for technical challenge, Prosper has shown a remarkable progression within the Excellence Hub. Quickly becoming a coach and validator, his commitment led him to the role of Referent, where he structured training courses and steered the hosting of conferences for the C++ French User Group. Today a Practice Leader, he combines his management with complex interventions on critical systems in capital markets.

A true mentor, he leads the skills development of the C++ community and his Practice.

Thibault Ricord-Marchal

Software Engineering

A C++ expert and EPITA graduate, Thibault works daily on complex software development and embedded systems issues for BNP Paribas CIB. A true enthusiast and a great follower of technological monitoring, he actively explores the deep mechanics of modern languages (C++, Rust, Zig, Python) in order to anticipate the architectures of tomorrow. It is this culture of transmission and excellence that he will bring to the stage of ACCU on Sea during his Lightning Talk. You can also find him at MARGO Meetups to share his latest research.

Paul Chaucheprat

Software Engineering

Coming from a remarkable background, Paul began his career as a trader before making a 180-degree turn to embrace his passion: C++ development. Having become a self-taught software engineer, he possesses a rare dual competence and a unique business acuity. Now at MARGO, he works at BNP Paribas on market access systems, one of the most critical financial environments in the sector.

It is precisely to fuel this thirst for learning that he joined MARGO’s ecosystem of Practices, an ideal framework to evolve his skills alongside the best.

Software engineering is not just learned in books; it is built through sharing. In 2 weeks, our experts will immerse themselves in one of the most demanding technological ecosystems: ACCU on Sea.

At MARGO, we leave volume to traditional players to focus on high complexity. This immersion is a direct extension of our EXCELLENCE Hub: upon their return, our experts will lead a MARGO Learning Lunch (LLM) dedicated to our employees in order to transform this technological monitoring into a competitive advantage for our clients and our teams.

Three of them will represent MARGO’s expertise internationally. The team will take advantage of the Lightning Talks platform at ACCU on Sea to measure our convictions against the standards of tomorrow.
