Quickly becoming a coach and validator, his commitment led him to the role of Referent, where he structured training courses and steered the hosting of conferences for the C++ French User Group. Today a Practice Leader, he combines his management with complex interventions on critical systems in capital markets.

A C++ expert and EPITA graduate, Thibault works daily on complex software development and embedded systems issues for BNP Paribas CIB. A true enthusiast and a great follower of technological monitoring, he actively explores the deep mechanics of modern languages (C++, Rust, Zig, Python) in order to anticipate the architectures of tomorrow. Coming from a remarkable background, Paul began his career as a trader before making a 180-degree turn to embrace his passion: C++ development. Having become a self-taught software engineer, he possesses a rare dual competence and a unique business acuity. Now at MARGO, he works at BNP Paribas on market access systems, one of the most critical financial environments in the sector.
