A pillar of our “Consultant First” vision, the EXCELLENCE Division is made up of 6 Practices organized by technical specialty.
Unique in the consulting market, it is entirely dedicated to the skills development of our consultants.
100% dedicated to management: its sole goal is to help you grow. By joining MARGO, each consultant is managed by a peer, a Practice Manager expert in their field, and integrated into one of our 6 Practices.
Our consultants benefit from close and comprehensive management: regular monitoring during assignments, sharing of updates and feedback, unlimited training, coaching, public speaking opportunities, Learning Expeditions, and more.
At MARGO, we like to talk about EMPLOYABILITY. This vision is realized through the EXCELLENCE Hub to accelerate your career (stimulating projects, certification training, creation of expert content, etc.).
THE ROLE OF PRACTICES
CAREER TRACKING
The Practice Manager ensures daily follow-up.
They pay particular attention to the professional development and fulfillment of the consultants.
Regular meetings are organized to discuss needs, difficulties, or career aspirations.
Project Tracking
The Practice Manager, together with the consultant, chooses the project that best matches their needs, ambitions, and career plan.
During the “Project Check-In” and throughout various interactions, they ensure that the objectives are met and that the assignment progresses in line with the consultant’s skill development.
Skill Development
E-learning courses, whether technical, functional, methodological, or certification-based.
As part of the Learning Expeditions, we also offer them the opportunity to attend the most recognized Tech conferences and trade shows.
Within the Practices, the sharing of expertise, experiences, and challenges promotes a continuous dynamic of collective learning.
INDIVIDUAL INVESTMENT
Our consultants are actively involved in the life of your Practice; they participate in recruiting new talent and in its management (sharing technical updates and knowledge, feedback from experience, etc.).
They also practice managerial skills within the Practice and engage in public speaking: Meetups, Learning Lunches, conferences, coaching, and more.

PAUL, PRACTICE MANAGER SOFTWARE ENGINEERING Raphaël, Head Of Excellence
Created in 2024, the Excellence Division represents a major transformation: consultants are now managed by their peers—experts in their respective fields—across six dedicated Practices.
This model provides personalized support, accelerating consultants’ development while fostering knowledge sharing and innovation. MARGO recruits passionate experts driven by excellence and continuous growth, and offers them a unique environment: exceptional missions, unlimited training, and tailored career progression.
PAUL, PRACTICE MANAGER SOFTWARE ENGINEERING
Paul joined MARGO as a tech recruiter and then progressed to the role of Head of Internal Recruitment. Four years after joining, he undertook a career transition within the company.
He is supported in becoming a Practice Manager. His day-to-day mission is to ensure the development of expertise within his Practice. He supports consultants in choosing their missions and training programs, also challenges the missions proposed by clients, and leads his community of consultants!
As part of the creation of this Division, dedicated exclusively to the career development of our consultants, he actively contributed to key decision-making.
HAMZA, PRACTICE MANAGER ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Through continuous training, personalized support, and complex, innovative missions, the AI Practice enables each consultant to strengthen their expertise and accelerate their career.
With 5 years of experience in Data Science, Hamza previously worked at Wavestone and then at Crédit Agricole as a Lead Data Scientist before joining MARGO in 2024. His goal: to make the AI Practice a true lever for consultants’ growth.
