STEP 2

Meeting with a MARGO Employee
During the second exchange, you will meet with a MARGO employee from your field of expertise.
If you are a consultant, the agenda includes an in-depth discussion featuring logic exercises, role-playing, and algorithmic challenges. We will assess your skills and reasoning abilities by balancing concrete and creative tasks. This interview also provides you the opportunity to engage in an open discussion with a colleague about their experience at MARGO.

Ensure you are well-versed in technical subjects, and take this opportunity to ask questions about the group culture and the daily life of our missions.

STEP 3

Meeting with a Head of Department
The third interview is conducted with one of MARGO’s Heads of Department. This is an opportunity for our leadership to meet each candidate before their potential integration at MARGO, as well as to discuss our strategy, your career aspirations, and your long-term commitment.
